Foreigners and stateless persons can be vaccinated against COVID-19 in Ukraine

All foreigners and stateless persons staying in Ukraine legally can be vaccinated against COVID-19 according to the same procedure as Ukrainian citizens.

They can sign up for a vaccination at the nearest vaccination point or vaccination center online or by contacting them.

For foreigners and stateless persons temporarily staying on the territory of Ukraine, medical services must be covered at their own expense, with voluntary medical insurance or other sources not prohibited by law.

All foreigners and stateless persons who have been vaccinated with two doses of anti-vaccine vaccine in Ukraine can obtain an International Vaccination Certificate from COVID-19. They can get it from the doctor who performed the vaccination, or if they have signed a declaration with the family doctor, this document can be obtained from him.

Registration and entry of data into the electronic health care system is based on one (or more) of the identity documents.

Such persons may receive:

  • certificate 063 / o after the first vaccination,
  • International certificate of vaccination after the second vaccination.

If a foreigner or a stateless person has received the first vaccination against COVID-19 abroad, he or she can register for the second vaccination with the appropriate vaccine (if available) in Ukraine and receive it on the basis of a vaccination document issued in another country.
